Zee has been active in Austin real estate since 1989. She was raised in Goias, Brazil and moved to the United States in 1982. Prior to entering Real Estate in Austin, Zee worked as an Interior Designer, which remains a passion along with artwork painting. Zee obtained her TX Real Estate license in 1989 and is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors® and the National and Texas Associations of Realtors®. Along with husband Chuck, Zee started HMI Properties in 1989 which has culminated with the opening of Zee Realty, a full service real estate company including proeprty management and leasing. Previously, Zee and Chuck owned and operated a medium-sized residential & commercial real estate brokerage in Lakeway, TX. Zee’s donates a portion of every commission dollar earned to charities such as Austin’s Project Suite Pea, where she’s a Dream Team volunteer (click for photos). Zee is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Chuck has lived in Austin TX, and been active in Austin real estate, since 1983. He obtained his Texas Brokers license in 1984 while working as one of the very first agents selected when Keller Williams Realty began. Chuck is a 1975 graduate of the University of Redlands. He is an avid traveler, having been to over 55 countries on 6 continents and counting. Chuck specializes in investment properties and property management, overseeing numerous investor portfolios and personal investment properties. He began personal investing in Oregon and then California in the 1970’s and ‘80s, which migrated into assisting others with investments and property management in Austin. Chuck has also earned CCIM commercial real estate credits and worked with commercial real estate. Along with his wife, Zee, Chuck owned and operated a medium-sized residential & commercial real estate brokerage as Broker of Record in Lakeway, TX. Chuck is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and Texas and National Association of Realtors®.
